Overview

The Technical Partner Manager (TPM) will be responsible for ensuring that our Authorized Professional Services (APS) Partners will be able to meet and exceed the stringent requirements of our APS Program. The TPM will primarily be responsible for driving improvements within their theater by identifying opportunities for upskilling partner capabilities.

In Short

  • Responsible for managing APS Partners and ensuring they meet program requirements.
  • Drive improvements by identifying training opportunities for partners.
  • Analyze partner performance using program metrics.
  • Review SOW/SEFs to identify technical skills gaps.
  • Communicate effectively with various teams and partners.
  • Develop and implement operational processes for partner training.
  • Create detailed analysis and reports on partner performance.
  • Identify areas of improvement and recommend processes.
  • Participate in community sites to provide technical assistance.
  • Foster a collaborative environment focused on performance excellence.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in Palo Alto Networks professional services.
  • Technical experience with high-end firewall appliances.
  • Understanding of security threats and internet protocols.
  • Knowledge of Cortex products preferred.
  • Strong TCP/IP networking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
