Overview

As a Partner Success Manager, you will play a critical role in driving partner success by ensuring that partners are fully enabled and capable of delivering to our standards. Your mission will be to assist partners through their various implementations, acting as their trusted technical advisor.

In Short

  • Leverage product value and generate new use cases.
  • Identify key technical strategies that unlock business value.
  • Advocate for partners within the organization.
  • Develop customized success plans for Services partners.
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with Technical Support, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Provide advisory on connected landscapes (API, Webservices, ERP Integration).
  • Engage with partners and users directly.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in technical customer support or consulting in ERP.
  • Proficiency in project management and multitasking.
  • Ability to break down ambiguous problems into manageable components.
  • Hands-on experience with complex product integrations.
  • Accountability and reliability in work.
  • Ability to communicate technical subjects to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in customer-centric technical roles.
  • Knowledge of industry practices for implementing integrations.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluent in English, additional European languages are a plus.
