In Short

• Focus on end-to-end UX for Playground and companion surfaces.
• Translate business goals into user problems and UX flows.
• Specify UI behavior and documentation for engineering.
• Collaborate with the development team on user stories and specifications.
• Conduct market research and user interviews.
• Create design wireframes and prototypes.
• Participate in design reviews and cross-functional rituals.
• Define measurement plans to validate outcomes post-ship.

Requirements

• 4+ years in UX or Product Design.
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end problem solving and interaction design.
• Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in collaborating with engineering teams.
• Attention to detail and systems thinking.
• Experience with usability evaluation and task-based testing.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards.
• Ability to document behavior clearly.
• Comfort facilitating cross-functional decisions.
