Overview

Nebius is seeking a Director, Channel Sales to lead engagement and growth with strategic partners in the Systems Integrator, Managed Service Provider, and Value-Added Reseller segments. This role will shape Nebius’ partner ecosystem and contribute to long-term growth.

In Short

  • Lead engagement with strategic partners in SI, MSP, and VAR segments.
  • Design and execute partner enablement programs.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic priorities.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Align partner activities with broader sales strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of channel management experience.
  • Strong relationships with key SIs, ISVs, and MSPs.
  • Technical knowledge of cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise sales teams and marketing.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans for channel growth.
  • Experience selling enterprise solutions, particularly in cloud and GPU-based offerings.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to present effectively to senior leadership and partners.
