Symmetry Systems is seeking a Channel Sales Director to expand and manage our network of channel partners, driving sales and achieving revenue targets through strategic planning and relationship management.

In Short

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 7-10 years of experience in channel sales or partner management.
  • Success in managing a high-performing channel partner network.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts related to data security.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
