Overview

This role will operate within the Global strategic partner business for Hack The Box, focusing on driving long-term cross-sell and upsell opportunities through engagement with distributors.

In Short

  • Work closely with HTB Sales to leverage external partners.
  • Align HTB teams to execute the channel strategy.
  • Coordinate with distributors to maximize performance.
  • Drive incremental pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Report directly to the VP of Global Channel Sales.
  • Utilize tools like Hubspot, ZiftOne, and Jira.
  • Collaborate with various functions across HTB.
  • Participate in business reviews and meetings.
  • Contribute to a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Experience with alliances and channel partners.
  • Ability to deliver partner enablement and GTM strategies.
  • Experience in growing indirect revenue.
  • Willingness to travel across various regions.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with Resellers, GSI's, and Distribution.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data for actionable plans.
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external teams.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
