Implementation Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and execution-oriented Implementation Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for owning the onboarding and implementation process for new customers—ensuring successful deployment, provider training, and smooth adoption of Nabla’s technology across healthcare organizations.

In Short

• Own end-to-end onboarding for new customers.
• Serve as the primary project manager during implementation.
• Customize implementation plans based on customer needs.
• Coordinate provider training sessions.
• Develop and maintain implementation timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks early in the process.
• Work closely with Product and Technical teams.
• Refine implementation playbooks and best practices.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases.
• Drive execution across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in implementation or project management.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects.
• Deep understanding of healthcare workflows.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, early-stage environment.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, and HubSpot.
