Overview

As a Regional Director on our Small Medium Business (SMB) team, you will play a pivotal role in driving Motive's largest revenue stream by managing and developing sales managers and teams.

In Short

  • Lead and drive revenue growth for SMB customers.
  • Manage and develop global sales teams.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Ensure effective operation and execution of sales strategies.
  • Deliver training and coaching programs for sales teams.
  • Track KPIs and assess team effectiveness.
  • Maintain a current sales pipeline.
  • Leverage Motive offerings in sales pursuits.
  • Coach sales managers and executives for skill improvement.
  • Audit and forecast business performance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in International Sales, US Market preferred.
  • 2+ years in Sales leadership experience.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage sales pipelines effectively.
  • Self-starter with resourcefulness.
