Overview

The Regional Sales Director is charged with enabling Amare Brand Partners to successfully build their businesses. Through collaborative work with the marketing team, the RSM helps drive promotions, programs and aligns company resources to grow Amare Partners organizations most effectively and efficiently, thereby allowing them to increase their income.

In Short

  • Develop strong relationships with Amare Leaders through phone interactions.
  • Set goals and engage in strategic conversations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill wellness partners' needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
  • Resolve Wellness Partner questions/concerns to improve customer experience.
  • Keep updated knowledge of Amare products and services.
  • Maximize the compensation plan for partners.
  • Respond to inquiries about rank qualifications and commissions.
  • Represent the company to the Field, translating messaging into communication strategies.
  • Deliver annual revenue and key metric achievements.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Direct Sales channel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Analytical and business savvy regarding process implementation.
  • Demonstrated change management skills.
  • Ability to scale a hyper-growth business.
  • Experience in startup or high growth company is a plus.
  • Passion for innovation and action-oriented.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients based on trust.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver.
  • Resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized.
  • French speaking proficiency required.
