MinIO is looking for a VP, Technical Alliances.

In Short

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technical alliances strategy.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with key technology partners.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams for technical alignment.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing for go-to-market strategies.
• Establish KPIs and metrics for partnership success.
• Lead negotiations of partnership agreements and contracts.
• Identify opportunities for new partnerships and technology integrations.
• Ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives across teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical alliances or business development.
• Deep understanding of object storage and cloud platforms.
• Ability to develop long-term strategies for partnerships.
• Proven experience in relationship building and negotiation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills managing cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with go-to-market strategies.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication skills for technical concepts.
• Adaptability and a growth mindset in a fast-paced environment.
