Lead, Technical Compliance - Remote

Overview

In this role, you will work with a team of experienced compliance professionals responsible for critical functions within the Compliance and AML/BSA/Sanctions program.

In Short

• Lead development and maintenance of transaction monitoring system.
• Support and maintain a customer risk scoring model.
• Enhance sanctions controls and procedures.
• Build real-time data and reporting solutions using Python or SQL.
• Integrate and maintain external tools for the Compliance Program.
• Assist in developing enhancements to AML/BSA risk assessment.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve data issues.
• Create test plans and perform data validation.
• Balance numerous projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or international equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced skills with Python and SQL.
• Experience in Databricks and Pyspark is a plus.
• Comfort with technology-forward companies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
