Technical Compliance Manager - Remote

Step into the world of KPN, where we work every day towards the highest standard of digital security and compliance. As a Technical Compliance Manager, you will join a dynamic team of 15 specialists across the disciplines of Security, Compliance, and Quality Management.

In Short

• Drive a risk-based compliance approach within the organization.
• Combine technical expertise with strategic vision.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders at various levels.
• Represent four domains within TDO Network.
• Ensure security and compliance awareness.
• Provide advice on Security & Compliance matters.
• Monitor and report on compliance deviations.
• Act as a knowledge holder for RVIT, ISAE, SOC2, NIS2.
• Work in a hybrid model (40% office, 60% remote).
• Contribute to the safety and reliability of the network.

Requirements

• Result-oriented and pragmatic mindset.
• Strong personality capable of handling resistance.
• Ability to think outside the box and translate ideas into actionable recommendations.
• Fluent in Dutch (must) and English.
• Extensive experience in a similar role within a corporate organization.
• CISM and CISA certification (or willingness to obtain within a year).
• CISSP certification is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of SOC2, NIS2, ISAE is required.
• Experience in Security & Compliance field.
• Experience in Risk Management, Internal and external audits, Information security, Physical security, Business Continuity.
