Overview

MasterBrand is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as Director, Sales Home Center for the Commercial Home Center channel. This role is critical in shaping and executing strategies that drive profitable growth, expand market share, and create value by aligning MasterBrand products with key customer segments.

In Short

  • Lead engagement with select Home Center accounts to achieve annual sales objectives.
  • Develop and execute multi-year sales strategies for the Home Center channel.
  • Manage retail selling operations and sales pipeline activities.
  • Direct the development and implementation of retail sales plans.
  • Build relationships that provide a competitive advantage.
  • Integrate national account and channel objectives into a cohesive sales plan.
  • Manage resources for program and channel development opportunities.
  • Foster partnerships with internal teams to align on priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 6-10+ years of relevant experience in sales or channel strategy.
  • Success negotiating with senior executives at major Home Centers.
  • Broad business acumen with a general manager mindset.
  • Financial expertise for long-term outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to expand sales and market share.
  • High integrity and pragmatic problem-solving approach.
