Director, Strategic Partnerships - Microsoft - Remote

Overview

The Director of Microsoft Strategic Partnerships will serve as the day-to-day leader for our high-impact Microsoft Go-To-Market (GTM) relationship. This role is responsible for scaling our Microsoft partnership by driving joint strategy, performance, and growth.

• Act as the primary owner and operator of M-Files’ Microsoft partnership
• Define and drive the joint GTM strategy, value proposition, and partnership roadmap
• Manage partnership performance including tracking key KPIs

• Own executive-level reporting on partnership performance
• Manage and mentor a small team dedicated to the Microsoft partnership

• Stay informed on Microsoft partner program evolution

Requirements

• Prior experience working at Microsoft or managing a Microsoft ISV partnership
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial mindset
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to track and report on key performance metrics
