The Strategic Partnerships Director is a key front-line fundraiser at World Relief, responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with major donors to support humanitarian efforts.

Requirements

• Mature Christian faith and commitment to World Relief's mission.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong public speaking and planning skills.
• Able to manage time efficiently and work under pressure.
• Proven ability in storytelling for fundraising.
• Ability to travel regionally and internationally.
• 5 years’ experience in non-profit major donor cultivation.
• Knowledge of donor tracking systems preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and flexible working style.
