Overview

The Partner Development Manager will be responsible for developing new commercial partnerships that drive new merchants to Lightspeed, requiring a deep understanding of partners’ ambitions and industries.

  • Develop and manage pipeline for assigned territories.
  • Create new commercial partnerships to drive merchants to Lightspeed.
  • Recruit new integration and reseller partnerships through prospecting.

  • Ensure smooth handover to internal teams.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver defined ROI and evaluate partnership impact.
  • Attend marketing and industry events.
  • Be a subject matter expert in the POS domain.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of channel sales experience; software sales preferred.
  • Experience with generating sales forecasts.
  • High initiative and self-direction.
  • B2B relationship building skills.
  • Ability to develop growth strategies.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
