Overview

The Sales Incentives Lead will be responsible for designing, administering, and optimizing our client’s global commission programs, ensuring accurate and timely payouts while aligning incentive plans with corporate goals.

In Short

  • Design and document sales incentive structures.
  • Administer commission platform and ensure accurate payouts.
  • Reconcile commission calculations with Finance and Payroll.
  • Analyze commission plan performance and recommend adjustments.
  • Build and distribute dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary contact for compensation questions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 4 - 5 years experience in sales compensation or finance.
  • Expertise in commission software like Xactly or SAP Callidus.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in SaaS or recurring-revenue business models.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
