Your mission as Lead Sales is to lead the B2B sales team with inspiring leadership to achieve high-performing customer relationships, significantly increasing Ergotopia's growth in the D2B market.

  • Lead a high-performing sales team focused on acquiring new customers and increasing revenue from existing clients.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and enhance team revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Optimize closing rates and average order value through team coaching and data-driven decision making.
  • Implement scalable sales strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively and guide top deals actively.
  • Develop your team through feedback sessions and individual development plans.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in B2B sales with proven success in customer acquisition and strategic relationship development.
  • Ideally have leadership experience and know how to motivate a team to perform at their best.
  • Ability to develop and implement data-driven sales strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Hands-on approach with both strategic and operational leadership.
  • Clear and charismatic communicator, fluent in German.
