Overview

The Channel Director (CD) is responsible for tactically driving opportunities through the sales cycle for a named group of AVANT Trusted Advisors, while continuing to recruit in the region. These activities are performed primarily via telephone, in-market meetings, events and email.

In Short

  • First point of contact for escalations
  • Recruit trusted advisors in the market
  • Conduct regular QBR’s with named trusted advisors
  • Drive attendance at sales and technical trainings
  • Manage all tasks in Salesforce
  • Own the strategy for sales metrics and reports
  • Analyze complex information and data
  • Extremely well organized with strong attention to detail
  • 10-15 years’ experience in IT or Telecom Channel
  • Proven Management experience

Requirements

  • A BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university; MBA preferred
  • Direct sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
