Overview

The Channel Manager II (CM- II) is responsible for tactically driving opportunities through the sales cycle for a group of AVANT trusted advisors in a shared market or a secondary market.

In Short

  • Responsible for driving sales opportunities through various communication mediums.
  • Participate in coordinated sales calls with Agents and Suppliers.
  • Meet or exceed target key performance metrics and quota.
  • Recruit new Agents and expand the market.
  • Handle escalations and quotes/contracts.
  • On-board and re-board partners.
  • Conduct semi-annual reviews with partners.
  • Manage opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Maintain knowledge on products and promotions.
  • Drive partner participation through marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years in IT or Telecom Channel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • History of exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to influence decision making.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
