• Lead the administration and design of the incentive compensation program for Guardant’s Screening division.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage execution of the incentive compensation plan.
• Draft preliminary plan designs in collaboration with leadership.
• Analyze industry trends to ensure competitive plans.
• Provide performance insights on payout trends and sales attainment.
• Collaborate with various teams to align incentives with strategic goals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in incentive processes.
• Develop and implement SOPs for consistent execution.
• Maintain clear communication with the salesforce regarding plan updates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in incentive compensation management.
• Experience in diagnostics, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and incentive management tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field.
