In Short

• Manage the end-to-end implementation of compensation plan designs within Xactly.
• Utilize extensive Xactly experience to maintain current processes and develop new automations.
• Collaborate with the Sales Compensation team to manage the Xactly instance.
• Handle process change requests from business partners.
• Review and assess plan designs for feasibility.
• Work closely with the project manager on quarterly SOX requirements.
• Develop strong working relationships with adjacent teams.
• Lead and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience implementing incentive compensation systems.
• Proven track record in technical roles involving rules configuration and data integration.
• Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in reporting and analytics.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in incentive compensation systems.
• Experience leading projects and influencing team OKRs.
