Overview

ARC Health's Business Development Representative (BDR) will ensure the growth, development, and execution of the marketing and business development strategy consistent with the focus and goals of ARC Health's partnering provider groups.

In Short

  • Build awareness of multiple mental health service lines through outreach methods.
  • Utilize multi-channel sales approaches to grow relationships.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify high-priority accounts.
  • Liaise between Marketing and Intake for lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships for patient referrals.
  • Collaborate to meet individual and team goals.
  • Design market development plans for patient acquisition.
  • Achieve budgeted financial targets.
  • Communicate business opportunities with leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-2 years prior business development and marketing experience.
  • 1-2 years in B2B healthcare sales.
  • 2+ years in referral development and management.
  • Proven knowledge of successful development strategies.
  • Experience in outpatient facilities (mental healthcare preferred).
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent driving record.
  • Candidates must live in the Minneapolis and St. Paul metroplexes.
