GoodLeap is seeking a highly experienced Staff Engineer with expertise in application development using Gen AI and Machine Learning to drive the architectural vision for their AI enterprise platform.

Requirements

8+ years of software engineering experience.

Expertise in Node, TypeScript, and Python.
Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS).
Experience in distributed systems architecture.
Ability to influence technical direction.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
