Overview

The Customer Care Advisor at GoodLeap is responsible for initiating the sales process and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for customers.

• Represent GoodLeap as a subject matter expert during customer calls.
• Provide outstanding customer service using strong communication skills.
• Offer additional GoodLeap products to customers.
• Document customer interactions in GoodLeap systems.
• Handle customer issues with diplomacy and escalate when necessary.
• Complete tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Previous solar customer service or sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to display patience, empathy, and strong listening skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to business needs.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback.
• Proven reliability and strong work ethic.
