Overview

The Payment Solutions Growth Manager will be a critical driver of GoodLeap's payments growth strategy, focusing on driving adoption of the payments product across Home Improvement and Solar Contractors.

In Short

• Proactively identify, qualify, and sign prospective GoodLeap partners to our Payments Platform.
• Work with current Business Development team to identify contractors on our platform.
• Provide training and ongoing support to contractors.
• Collaborate with Business Development Directors to ensure contractor success.
• Innovate on sales processes and pitches.
• Provide best in class business intelligence driven guidance.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• 4 years home improvement experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Customer Focused.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
