The Payment Solutions Manager will be critical in managing and optimizing payment systems, ensuring smooth transaction processing, and enhancing the customer payment experience.

• Primary liaison for all Payment Service Provider relationships.
• Oversee resolution of technical and operational issues.
• Lead negotiations of commercial agreements.
• Direct analysis and reporting of acceptance rates.
• Ensure continuous optimization of payment flows.
• Monitor live transaction dashboards.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams.
• Champion innovation in the payments space.
• Manage chargebacks and fraud detection.
• Drive onboarding of region-specific payment methods.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in payments or fintech.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in monitoring dashboards (e.g., Tableau).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of payment methods relevant to the Nordics.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
