Overview

The Payment Solutions Growth Manager will be a critical driver of GoodLeap's payments growth strategy, focusing on driving adoption of the payments product across Home Improvement and Solar Contractors.

• Proactively identify, qualify, and sign prospective GoodLeap partners to our Payments Platform.
• Work with current Business Development team to identify contractors for the Payments Platform.
• Provide training and ongoing support to contractors.
• Collaborate with Business Development Directors for contractor success.
• Innovate on sales processes and pitches.
• Provide business intelligence driven guidance to contractors.

Requirements

• 4 years of home improvement experience.
• Solar experience preferred.
