Overview

The Customer Care Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Owners through phone and email interactions, processing various transactions, and assisting Owners to maximize their ownership experience.

In Short

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from Owners.
  • Process transactions accurately in Salesforce and other systems.
  • Provide comprehensive information about resorts and services.
  • Resolve issues and complaints through research and follow-up.
  • Participate in team meetings and training programs.
  • Maintain compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Embrace feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Manage time effectively for maximum productivity.
  • Participate in departmental standards for quality and accuracy.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills in written and verbal formats.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • Basic math skills for transaction processing.
