Senior Corporate Accountant - Remote

We are a rapidly growing, innovative hospitality company reinventing the timeshare experience. We seek a Senior Corporate Accountant to be a key contributor in shaping our accounting operations.

In Short

• Assist with financial statement preparation.
• Prepare ad hoc reports.
• Collaborate across departments for accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain general ledger and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare bank reconciliations.
• Assist with annual audits and tax return preparation.
• Drive efficiencies through technology.
• Research and document internal controls.
• Draft company policies around financial reporting.
• Work cross-functionally to support financial operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in Google & MS Office products.
• Experience with Sage Intacct and Bill.com a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience in hospitality or travel industry preferred.
• Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
