As a Staff Software Engineer at GeneDx, you will play a key role in advancing our technology platform and building impactful software products that enhance user experiences and business workflows.

In Short

Lead large-scale technical efforts across multiple platforms.
Propose novel solutions to real-world business challenges.
Work cross-functionally with engineering and non-engineering peers.
Improve engineering best practices across the organization.
Proficiency in at least 3 software languages, especially Python.
10+ years of experience in back-end services and APIs.
10+ years of experience in building large-scale front-end applications.
Experience with cloud services and containerization.
Applied knowledge of multiple architectural paradigms.
Bonus for prior healthcare or regulated industry experience.

7+ years experience with cloud services using Docker and Kubernetes.
