Overview

The National Account Manager will oversee an account base, aiming to achieve assigned sales revenue and margin targets while managing the designated area within the expense budget.

In Short

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales and profitability targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key influencers at each assigned account.
  • Act as a liaison between FBIN Security and account base.
  • Manage independent manufacturer sales reps.
  • Assist in planning and delivering product line review presentations.
  • Optimize product transition costs.
  • Communicate key initiatives impacting the forecast.
  • Utilize store visits and data resources for insights.
  • Serve as a resource for information on key customer initiatives.
  • Manage category-wide initiatives and rollouts.

Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years of experience selling to large retail accounts.
  • Experience managing and engaging with Club Stores.
  • Knowledge of POS metrics and data utilization.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects.
  • Ownership mindset regarding customer accounts.
