Overview

You will be a pioneer on the business development team in North America, and will be instrumental in shaping commercial sales and client relationships for Dragonfly.

In Short

  • Responsible for scaling up North American business.
  • Execute security, geopolitical risk, market intelligence, and healthcare subscriptions.
  • Work closely with Sales Development, Account Management, and Client Success teams.
  • Drive new sales and revenue growth across ARR and OTR.
  • Exhibit a bias for action and a thirst for knowledge.
  • Build trust and empathize with potential customer issues.
  • Understand the sales cycle and identify methods for account penetration.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to solve complex problems.
  • Demonstrate a record of surpassing commercial goals.
  • Possess confidence and resilience in sales interactions.

  • Proven experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Ability to handle failure and maintain resilience.
