  • Maintain accurate partner data in CRM and dashboards.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and ensure contractual compliance.
  • Attend industry and vertical trade shows as needed.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 15+ years in strategic partnerships or channel management.
  • Demonstrated success in driving partner-sourced revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HR Tech space.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in partner relationships.
  • Open to travel as required.
