Overview

As a Customer Success Engineer at Fingerprint, you’ll have the opportunity to become a leading expert in our product and be the face of Fingerprint to our users as they sign up and experience the product for the first time.

In Short

  • Conduct 1:1 onboarding consultations for API integration.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customers.
  • Act as a liaison between the product team and customers.
  • Monitor API usage and performance.
  • Utilize JavaScript for crafting sample code snippets.
  • Develop automation scripts for API testing.
  • Educate users on product nuances and build relationships.
  • Increase user adoption through training and demos.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2-3 years in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
  • Understanding of API concepts and RESTful architecture.
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English.
  • Empathetic with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with SQL.
