Overview

As a US National Technical Support Engineer III at F5, you will provide remote technical assistance on F5 solutions to internal and external customers, ensuring their satisfaction and effective resolution of issues.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a professional technical support role.
  • Hands-on experience with network protocols and data center operations.
  • Proficient with Windows OS and UNIX/Linux systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • 2nd Tier Academic Degree preferred.
  • Ability to work under limited instructions.
  • Fluency in English; multiple language skills a plus.
