  • Participate in ongoing training with F5 products and technologies.
  • Manage case escalations to tier 3 while maintaining communication with customers.
  • Maintain high schedule adherence and manage multiple routine cases.
  • Occasional travel may be required (5-10% of work time).

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a professional technical support role.
  • Hands-on technical experience with internetworking/data center operations.
  • Knowledge of network protocols, UNIX/Linux systems, and VMware.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience with corporate customers.
  • Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to varying skill levels.
  • Fluent in English; multiple language skills are a plus.
  • 2nd Tier Academic Degree preferred.
  • Certification to 201 level expected, 301 preferred.
