In Short

  • Evaluate and modify existing compensation programs, policies, and processes.
  • Design compensation packages and bonus programs aligned with company strategy.
  • Ensure compliance of programs, policies, and processes with legislation.
  • Conduct internal research on employee satisfaction to implement new practices.
  • Track market trends for competitive compensation packages.
  • Manage compensation communications and employee resources.
  • Collaborate with People and Recruiting teams on job offers.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Compensation Leader or similar role.
  • Experience in designing and managing compensation programs.
  • Strong experience with equity compensation/incentive programs.
  • Knowledge of building compensation packages for various departments.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll systems.
  • Strategic and operational thinking with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with labor legislation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong people and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
