Overview

Coro is seeking a talented and entrepreneurial Channel Account Manager-Distribution to own and grow our distribution business across EMEA, responsible for building commercial frameworks and ensuring distributors are true growth engines for Coro.

In Short

  • Own and manage Coro’s primary distribution relationship across EMEA.
  • Qualify, recruit and on-board Distribution partners.
  • Develop and execute distribution business plans.
  • Evaluate distributor performance across countries.
  • Drive partner recruitment and pipeline generation.
  • Ensure distributors create new business opportunities.
  • Provide product training and technical guidance.
  • Track distributor activity and performance.
  • Build trusted relationships with distributor leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for joint initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in distribution management in cybersecurity or SaaS.
  • Proven success with top distributors.
  • Strong understanding of distribution as a go-to-market model.
  • Ability to execute distributor business plans across countries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently.
  • Based in the UK preferred, with willingness to travel across EMEA.
