Overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Canadian channel partners, driving revenue through strategic partnerships, and ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction in the cybersecurity sector.

In Short

  • Manage Canadian channel partners across all provinces.
  • Develop account-specific strategies to drive partner-sourced revenue.
  • Recruit and onboard new partners to expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Deliver product training and support to partners.
  • Track partner performance and provide insights to sales leadership.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in channel sales within cybersecurity.
  • Fluent in English and French preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner development, or indirect sales within cybersecurity.
  • Previous experience as a Channel Account Manager is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of the Canadian channel ecosystem.
  • Fluent in English and French (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to travel domestically.
