We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our cybersecurity sales efforts across Central America, the Caribbean, and South America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales, developing high-performance teams, and expanding market presence within the region’s networking and security sectors.

In Short

  • Lead cybersecurity sales efforts across Central America, the Caribbean, and South America.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, resellers, and enterprise customers.
  • Engage with key accounts in financial services, telecommunications, and government sectors.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performance sales team.
  • Analyze regional trends and customer needs for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for aligned strategies.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • 10+ years of sales experience in cybersecurity or IT security solutions.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience in cybersecurity, networking, or IT security solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-country sales teams.
  • Strong existing network within the cybersecurity and IT ecosystem.
  • Experience working with channel partners and direct enterprise clients.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Ability to travel extensively across the region.
