In Short

  • Build, coach, and scale the Mid-Market & Enterprise Sales team.
  • Drive new business acquisition with ACV deal sizes ranging from $20K–$500K.
  • Lead Boulevard’s most complex strategic opportunities, including enterprise whale deals.
  • Instill process discipline and coaching to success in your team.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to win strategic accounts.
  • Establish and enforce repeatable sales methodologies.
  • Provide deal-level coaching from discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Build executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Leverage AI and modern sales technology to increase team effectiveness.
  • Ensure consistent execution and overall sales success.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience.
  • Experience in selling payments solutions.
  • Proven track record selling complex SaaS platforms.
  • Experience managing long and short sales cycles.
  • Ability to navigate RFPs and consolidate customer needs.
  • Builder mindset with experience in sales process design.
  • Highly collaborative with experience influencing prioritization.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach.
