Boulevard is the Client Experience Platform purpose-built for appointment-based, self-care businesses. The Product Design Manager for the Platform will lead a team of designers to shape how Boulevard scales its platform.

• Lead a team of designers for Boulevard's platform.

Requirements

• Experience managing product designers.
• Strong design craft across visual, interaction, and UX.
• Systems thinking and comfort with scalable design.
• Understanding of the full product lifecycle.
• Ability to partner with Product and Engineering teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on guidance.
• Fluency in Figma and design systems.
• Strong storytelling skills in design communication.
