• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams.
• Represent frontend platform strategy to executive stakeholders.
• Contribute to hiring and mentorship of frontend engineers.
• Oversee modernization of toolchain ensuring secure and scalable codebases.
• Lead complex debugging and incident resolution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 1+ years in management roles.
• Expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern build systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams through modernization.
• Strong understanding of web-based hybrid mobile approaches.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for mentoring engineers and building culture.
