Requirements

• Product sensibility and empathy for end users, especially educators.
• Experience in the learning or ed-tech sector is a plus.
• The ability to lead with context and empower your team.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional squads.
• Comfort getting hands-on with code when needed.
• A growth mindset and a love of learning.
