Overview

Bitcoin Depot is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. The role will be responsible for generating leads and involves starting relationships with people in our target market. Your work at the beginning stage of these relationships helps us to find and serve new customers.

In Short

  • Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
  • Promote and maintain positive relations with all contacts, customers and potential customers.
  • Promote and give a brief explanation Bitcoin Depot kiosks to prospective host locations.
  • Generate leads through research and a combination of cold and warm lead outreach.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities within the market.
  • Perform as a team member in allocating and coordinating the work flow.
  • Meet weekly with Manager to discuss opportunities and develop strategy.
  • Finding new channels and vertical markets for our products and services.
  • Responsible for reporting weekly to the VP of Sales.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of networking in the convenience and grocery store industry is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of bitcoin and blockchain
  • Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
  • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
  • Proficient in database management, LinkedIn, Salesforce, and utilizing internal apps for company communications
  • Must be capable of cross-functional team communications and project completion.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and develop concise reports.
