Deployment Specialist (Temporary Contract) - Remote

Overview

Bitcoin Depot is seeking a Deployment Specialist (Temporary) that will manage the ATM installation(s) in accordance with the roll out schedule and standard operating procedures to ensure customer and end user satisfaction.

In Short

• Manage implementation process from start to finish.
• Ensure ATM orders and inventory align with the installation schedule.
• Schedule ATM installations and identify risks to mitigate delays.
• Coordinate with armored providers for installation processes.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for efficient installations.
• Build installation kits for vendors prior to installation dates.
• Infrequent travel to support installations in the field.
• Keep various systems updated with installation data.
• Assist team members and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years experience planning ATM installations.
• Intermediate knowledge in Kaba Mas locks.
• Confirmed skill set for risk planning and mitigation.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple high priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency.
