As a Sr. Strategic Partner Account Manager at BambooHR, you will drive growth and partner success across the company's Marketplace and Platform partner ecosystem, managing high-impact partners and executing strategic revenue growth goals.

In Short

  • Own and drive revenue growth across your partner portfolio.
  • Develop and execute strategic revenue plans for key partners.
  • Drive partner accountability to revenue outcomes.
  • Lead Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews.
  • Expand monetization levers within your portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Marketing for demand generation.
  • Create innovative exposure strategies for partners.
  • Monitor and report on partner performance metrics.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the category landscape.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of experience in partner account management or channel sales.
  • Experience in driving revenue through partnerships.
  • Metrics-driven with experience in revenue reporting.
  • Proactive and creative thinker.
  • Confident in leading strategic conversations.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
