Overview

As an Account Executive 3 at BambooHR, you’ll play a key role in expanding our presence across the EMEA region. You’ll build relationships with decision-makers within your assigned territory, driving new account acquisition and managing full sales cycles.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a SaaS B2B setting.
  • Willingness to work a 5 AM–2 PM MST schedule.
  • Strong background in full-cycle sales and lead development.
  • Experience using Salesforce and sales technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills for demos and negotiations.
  • Self-motivated and skilled in handling objections.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams effectively.
  • Receptive to feedback and eager to improve.
