Director of People & Culture Enablement and M&A - Remote

Overview

As our Director of People & Culture Enablement you will lead, project execution, and continuous improvement within the People & Culture function. You will manage a small team of program managers, ensuring the successful execution of large-scale P&C projects and serving as the P&C lead for mergers & acquisitions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR operations or project management.
• Expertise in project management methodologies.
• Experience with employee-related M&A activities.
• Experience integrating automation into HR workflows.
• Experience with HR technology platforms.
• Excellent partner management skills.
